It looks like the “hack” is currently not working anymore. Facebook’s Server block the request and that’s why you get a 403.

Unfortunately, I do not have a solution for this. I remember that it did not work end of last year but did again in spring 2018. However, Facebook announced way stricter rules for December 2018. So it could be that this is permanent.
